My approach to finding the right nanny for you is based on my belief in the importance of getting to know what my clients are searching for in a caregiver.

I also meet and get to know my nannies very well to ensure that they are the right fit for the family— and a good, long lasting working relationship. ABOUT

I have been involved in childcare my entire working life. In England, where I am from, I worked as a nanny before becoming a nurse (RN) in the operating department of a children’s hospital for many years. I then moved to Virginia with my husband as a new mother to two wonderful children, one of whom, my daughter Liz, will be working with me in the Arlington Nanny Agency.
